Mike McGregor is a very busy man and I can understand why... He worked in the cold and rain yesterday to get our pump installed. He stayed until after dark to get it hooked up and stayed until he knew the water was flowing to our satisfaction and didn't charge a fortune to do it. I would highly recommend him! When you need a plumber, you need them right then! Plumbing problems do not happen on a schedule. We called Goss Plumbing & Drain Co. on a SATURDAY and Mike McGregor came out and fixed our problem the same day. He had replacement parts in stock and on the truck with him. I couldn't have asked for better service.
Mike is the best, quickest, most knowledgable plumber we have ever had. He came out late in the evening on a Friday night when I'm sure he would've rather been spending time with his family, in order to fix an emergency water leak that was causing secondary damage.
